Ingredients
Spices
- 1 TBSP Garlic Powder You can also add fresh crushed garlic if you have it on hand.
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 3/4 tsp Tumeric
- 1 tbsp Black Himalayan Sea Salt This gives a slight egg flavor. This is best for more bland tofu scrambles but I wanted to try it out.
- 1 tsp Onion Powder If you want, you can put 1/2-1 onion into the scramble instead of this.
Tofu Scramble
- 1 lb Organic Tofu I recommend Small Planet or Trader Joes Sprouted Tofu
- olive oil
- 3 Mushrooms Chopped or sliced as you prefer
- 1/2 lb Broccoli Chopped up
- 2 oz Daiya Cheese Which ever flavor you prefer, I used pepperjack. This is optional.
- 1/2 lb Potatoes Chopped into small wedges
